A note on scaling properties of h=Hewitt Stromberg measure

In this note, we investigate those Hewitt Stromberg measures which obey to a simple scaling law. Consider a dimension function h and let H h be the corresponding Hewitt Stromberg measure. We say that H h obeys an order α scaling law whenever taking A ⊂ R m and c > 0, one has H h (cA) = c α H h (A).
