In this article, we adopt the idea of set-valued (Z, ℜ)-contractions and establish some fixed point results for such contractions in metric spaces utilizing binary relation. To validate our newly obtained results, we also provide some illustrative examples. Finally, we apply our results to solve a family of nonlinear matrix equations under suitable assumptions.
