The shrinking projection method for solving split best proximity point and equilibrium problems

In this paper, we propose a new explicit iteration method using shrinking projection for solving the split best proximity point and equilibrium problems. We prove its strong convergence under some suitable conditions in Hilbert spaces. A numerical example are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm
