Correction to the paper “On the two-sided quality control”

The correction sonsists of deriving correct explicit formulas for MLE of parameters $\mu, \sigma$ of the normal distribution under the hypothesis $\mu + c\sigma \leq m + \delta, \mu - c \sigma \geq m-\delta$.
