The application of Kronecker product of matrices to construction of certain PBB designs

In this paper it is shown that Kronecker product of the unit matrix and the incidence matrix of PBB design with m associate classes is the incidence matrix of PBB design with 2m+1 associate classes. Also association matrices, their parameters and the spectral expansion of C matrix of PBB design with 2m+1 associate classes is given.
