The ninth conference of the Contemporary Mathematics Education series took place in Lublin on June 24-27, 2024. The conference was co-organized by the University of Rzeszów and Maria Skłodowska-Curie University in Lublin, together with the Polish Mathematical Society. The conference was hosted by Maria Skłodowska-Curie University in Lublin, providing a welcoming setting for the event. Participants could take advantage of a wide range of scientific activities, such as: plenary lectures, working seminars, a poster session, research reports and workshops. The conference was conducted face-to-face, which was in line with its essence as a working conference. It has traditionally been a meeting place for practice and theory within the teaching of mathematics at various educational levels. Participants had the opportunity and the chance to share their own experiences and search for solutions to various didactic problems related to teaching and learning mathematics. The theme of the ninth edition of the CME was Educational resources in the mathematics classroom. It was attended by nearly 70 participants from all over the world (Greece, Portugal, Germany, Czechia, Latvia, Hungary, USA, The Netherlands, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Kosovo, Indonesia, Brazil and Poland).
