The results of calculations of the transverse flow of an inviscid gas round a circular cylinder produced using a quasimonotonic TVD scheme are presented. The influence of the scheme's parameters on the results of numerical solutions of Euler's equations for sub-, trans- and supersonic velocities is investigated. The regimes under consideration include non-separated flow, stationary flow with symmetric recirculation regions in the near wake, and non-stationary separated flow.
