“Romb”: An implicit finite-difference method for the numerical solution of the equations of gas-dynamics with heat conduction

A new implict numerical method for calculating the one-dimensional flow of a heat-conducting gas is presented. The difference scheme obtained is based on the integral laws of conservation of mass, momentum and energy.
