An increment method for the solution of the equation $Ay=f$

For the problem $Ay=f$, where $A$ is a self-conjugate operator, a method of solution is presented, an iterative computational process is constructed and a formal description of it is given, and its closeness to the method of simple iterations is demonstrated.
