For the periodical layered medium, in which each period consists of a elastic anisotropic layer and a liquid homogeneous layer, the effective model is derived by averaging. This model describes wave propagation and has two phases. The equations of this model are defined in the case of general anisotropy and in special cases. Bibliography: 8 titles.
