Asymptotic theory of reflection of electromagnetic radiation by moderately and well conducting bodies

The generalized impedance boundary conditions, containing tangent derivatives are deduced in the paper. The scattering of an arbitrary electromagnetic wave by curvelinear surface is investigated. The generalized impedance conditions are satisfied on the scattering surface. The phenomenon of the polarization diffusion is discussed.
