This article is continuation of the author's previous studies on the new dynamical zeta functions connected with the Nielsen fixed point theory. The connection of these zeta functions with the Reidemeister torsion is established in special cases. The Reidemeister forstion both of the level surface of a Lyapunov function and the attraction domain of an attractor is calculated as a special value of the twisted Lefschetz zeta function.
