The equations of effective twophase crack model with cracks of a finite length

The new equations of effective twophase crack model are obtained. These equations describe the media with cracks of a finite length. For these media the expression of kinetic and potential energy and energy $\genfrac\{\}{0pt}{}{\mathrm{steam}}{\mathrm{flux}}$ are derived.
