Scattering data for the nonstationary Dirac equation

An arbitrariness in the definition of seatteting data for the auxiliary linear problem of the Davey–Stewartsson-I equation is observed. Relations between different scattering data are described and the conjugationmatrix for the nonlocal Riemann problem is found.
