Non-stationary SV Rayleigh waves near a~surface of inhomogeneous elastic body

Well known stationary Rayleigh modes having phase velocity comparable with the shear elastic one is generalized for non-stationary equation of elasticity. Uniform asymptotics of wave field is obtained as a sum of two types of space-time expansions; with real phase (for shear waves) and complex phase (for longitudinal waves).
