Spectral resolution of the $SU(3)$-invariant solutions to the Yang--Baxter equation

The defining equation is used to find the spectral resolution of the invariant $R$-matrix. To take into account degenerate irreducible representations in the Clebsh–Gordan expansion a classifying operator $A$ is constructed which is a linear combination of the known operators of third and fourth degree in generators. The matrix elements of the classifying operator are found. Bibl. – 22.
