In 1968 the auter formulated a new conception concerning a mathematical background of main physical notions and lows: This was developed into a theory named by us "The Theory of Physical Structures" based on the phenomenologlcal Symmetry principle. The article presents a brief account of this theory as well as some important applications to the Geometry, Mechanics, Thermodynamics and Electrodynamics. The princeple of Phenomenologlcal Symmetry gives rise to notions of mass, foree, resistance etc. The lows of Newton, Ohm, Maxwell are natural consequences of this principle.
