Uniform algebras of operator fields

Uniform subalgebras of the $C^*$-algebra of continuous maps from a compact to а $C^*$-algebra are investigated. The notion of relative spectrum and other notions are introduced for these algebra generalizing the known ones for the uniform algebras of scalar functions. She case of invariant uniform algebras on a compact abelian group is investigated.
