The method of calculation of the transformation coefficients for arbitrary vector fields and arbitrary incident angles is proposed. This method is illustrated by calculation of the transformation coefficients for vibration waves in a plate strengthened by a ribbon and cylindrical shell strengthened by a ringshaped rib.
