On a~class of Noetheriah overdetermined elliptic boundary value problems

The general boundary value problems lor overdetermined elliptic systems with constant coeffitients are considered. It is shown, under an algebraic condition, imposed on matrices of systems, that these boundary value problems are Noetherian in a subspace of vector functions, satisfying certain compatibility conditions.
