A Regularized Continuous Linearization Method of the Fourth Order

For the minimization problem with inaccurately specified objective function
and set, a regularization method based on the continuous linearization method of the
fourth order is proposed. Sufficient conditions for convergence are given and the
regularizing operator is constructed.
