In this paper is given a model of selecting an optimal organization variant alternative by using the analytic hierarchy process. The problem is described, its hierarchical structure is recognized, and the theoretical foundation of the method is presented. The proposed model is illustrated by a numerical example which is considered from a practical viewpoint. Further research directions in this field are outlined.
