For unsolvable generalized equations with monotone mappings on the left side the notion of approximative roots is introduced. The (existence) theorems are proved and numerical methods for finding approximative solutions are proposed . The application areas are the analysis of contradictory models of optimization, game theory, economic equilibrium, etc.
