A System of supercomputing education is created under the Russian Federation Presidential Commission Project on the modernization and technological development of Russian economy “Supercomputing Education”. This article provides a brief description of created System, reviews its structure and main components. The main focus is made on the systematic approach allowing to lay the foundation for the implementation of supercomputing education in a practice of educational institutions in Russia.
