The questions of power system researches organization are considered in this paper. For the supplement of power system researches a building warehouse of data and knowledge is suggested as the last ones the declarative obvious knowledge is under consideration.The methods and technologies of creation are considered, the architecture of warehouse of data and knowledge is developed. The realization of warehouse is implemented with using up-to-date information technologies.
