              			Two-chained DNA model the basic contribution to which dynamic is given by rotation of the bases around sugar-phosphate backbone is presented. Two types of solutions — breathers and kink-antikink pairs — are obtained using generalized Van der Pol method. These solutions describe initial stages of thermal DNA denaturation and open state formation during transcription respectively.
