Phase diagram of magnetic excitons in nanosize heterosistems on base ferromagnetic semiconductor

In work are investigated nanodimensional heterosystems on the basis of ferromagnetic semiconductors. In them possibility of reception of the condensed condition from lowermost on energy triplet excitons is considered. Key parametres at which boze-condensation of excitons is possible are calculated.
