The article studies the parameters of flicker-noise of fluctuation of conductivity of platinum metal films and permalloy. The peculiarities of the fluctuation of conductivity of the films are revealed. Analysis of different fluctuation moments proves to be more informative for parametrization of noises and reveal of peculiarities of different samples.
