Numerical simulation of tsunami type waves in a~hydrodynamic channel

Results of numerical simulation of generation and propagation of long gravitation waves, as well as their interaction with underwater obstacles in a hydrodynamic channel are presented. As a mathematical model, the two-dimensional Navier–Stokes equations in the incompressible liquid approximation are used. Results of the numerical simulation agree with experimental data.
