The article considers main aspects of the development of procedures for the selection of IT-services in a service-oriented architecture using fuzzy logic. Discussion of model of IT-services, its components is carried out. Main attention is focused on the formalization of linguistic evaluations in solving the problem of choice of IT-services. Algorithm determining a set of IT-services with a minimum estimation of total costs with required level of quality is proposed. Results of implementation of the proposed algorithm in practice are shown. Bibliogr. 12. Il. 2.
