The calculations of the dynamics of charged particles with the space charge for the medical synchrotron, were made at the GPU grafic card NVIDIA Tesla C1060. For the calculation of such systems a new variant of the program CBDA with calculations on GPU has been created (updated). Computer simulation of a beam transport line from the carbon ion source with the intensity from 25 mA up to 100 mA to RFQ structure was performed.
