On construction of the piecewise-smooth orbit neighborhood

Under consideration there is the modification of the Zubov’s method of construction of special coordinate system along the smooth orbit for the piecewise-smooth case. This modification allows constructing the Lyapunov smooth function along the trajectory for the research into the periodical solution of the relay hysteresis system.
