Techniques of laboratory microecosystems, small groups of arthropods and physical and chemical studies are shown. On the basis of instrumental studies the effect of temperature on the ratio of the processes of mineralization and humification of plant residues with the participation of small arthropods is computed. Analysis of the results of measurements of indicators of the process of humification clearly reveals that the temperature of the plant material affects the intensity of humus accumulation and on indicators of the degree of maturity of humus acids. Activity of microarthropods reduces the dependence of accumulation of humus substances on the temperature.
