Elastoplastic condition of inhomogeneons plane with circular aperture supported by eccentric eliptical intrusion with biaxial tension

In the paper biaxial elastoplastic strained condition of inhomogeneous plane weakened by circular aperture and supported by eccentric elliptical intrusion is investigated. The flat deformation is observed. The limit of elastoplastic zone, and influence of non-uniform intrusion on strained condition of a plane is defined.
