The paper is devoted to research of asymptotic stability of the zero solution to one class of systems of linear differential equations of neutral type in time-varying delay case. We obtain sufficient conditions of asymptotic stability of the zero solution and establish estimates of decay rate for solutions. The results have derived by the use of a modified Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional.
