About the Question of $t$-Hyperbolicity of a Nonstationary System, Describing Flows of Polymeric Mediums

In this article the questions, describing the flows of incompressible viscoelastic (polymeric) fluid, are considered. The question of $t$-hyperbolicity of the system of equations is discussed. The stationary solution, similar to the Poiseuille's solution for Navier–Stokes's equations system is made.
