In clause the new class of cyclic alternative network models — CANM, adequately displaying process of realization of the complex project and used for statement and the decision of problems of optimum control of this process is offered. This class of models is synthesis of the generalized network models with the likelihood and stochastic models substantially considering risk factors and uncertainty at realization of the project. The given models are the most flexible and adequate of known tools of modeling of complexes of discrete operations and the description of managerial process by realization of the complex or complex project. Mathematical description CANM with substantiation of necessary conditions of consistency is resulted. Formal statement of problems of time analysis CANM is considered, and also algorithms of resource-time analysis CANM, including algorithms of calculation of time parameters CANM for reception of plans of early and late terms, plans of the minimal duration are presented.
Keywords: management of projects, the cyclic alternative network models, determined, likelihood network models, consistency of network model.
