The interrelations of the information biotest data and results of physical-chemical analysis of ecological condition of objects of natural environment in areas of an intensive extracting of oil and gas with application of methods of mathematical modeling are investigated. Statistically significant linear dependences between the data of biotestings and analytical methods of the control of the impurity of soil, the surface and subsoil waters are revealed.
