Compression of static images and videoframes via spherical classification with special preprocessing

The paper deals with orthogonal decomposition of RGB color space. The greylevel components archived by the decomposition are coding with spherical classification fractal image compression algorithm. The results of preliminary experiments are considered in PSNR sense.
