Effective characteristics of fiber composites in the linear moment elasticity theory

In this paper a special boundary value problem used to find the homogenized material functions in the linear moment theory of elasticity is considered. The procedure of finding the homogenized material functions is discussed by the example of a fibrous composite material whose matrix and inclusions are isotropic. Boundary effects of structural functions are also presented.
