Possibility of using external friction to stabilize an unbalanced rotor on a flexible shaft

We analyze the stabilizer function of the non-linear external friction for the rotation of a rotor. The rotor is fastened on the flexible shaft with some eccentricity. The angular speed of rotation is constant.
