              			A numerical method is suggested for analyzing transition wave processes in plasto- elastic rotation casings containing elastic filler. The method admits taking into consideration possible appearance of alienation regions of the filler from the internal surface of the casing and the subsequent restoring of the contact. A study is carried out of the dynamic behaviour of hollow casings and casings subject to various conditions on the interaction with the filler.
