Simple explicit methods for the numerical solution of stiff ordinary differential equations

Several simple explicit methods with low computing cost are proposed to integrate the stiff systems of ordinary differential equations. Single-step methods of order 1, 2 and 3 with step size control are considered. The efficiency of the proposed methods is illustrated on test problems.
