Optimized algorithms of Haar's discrete transforms for the
Numerical methods and programming, Tome 8 (2007) no. 3, pp. 34-39

Some optimization features of two- and three-dimensional Haar's discrete transforms are considered. The Russian “ELCORE” DSPs are chosen as a target platform for optimization. Some typical applications of the discrete transforms are also discussed: the building of hierarchical height grids and the texture mipmapping.
