Computer modeling of air-and-coal flows in pulsating aerodynamic fields

With the help of a computer program developed on the basis of a combination of boundary integral equations, discrete vortices and methods for numerical integration of equations describing the dynamics of polifraction groups of dust particles, a mathematical model is proposed to study the behavior of dust clouds in an aspiration bunker. Some special methods of reducing dust entrainment in the aspiration system by equipping the bunker with a rotating suction cylinder are discussed.
