Plain deformation of thin layers between rigid blocks is considered for the
case when along with elastoplastic deformations of a layer there exists its
viscous deformation (creep). The model constructed is compared with the
traditional model of steady creep of layers and with the model of
elastoplastic deformations of layers without creep. The work was supported
by Grant SS–319.2003.1 of the President of Russian Federation.
Keywords:
elastoplastic deformation, creep, limit state.
