The characteristic problem for the second-order hyperbolic equation loaded along one of its characteristics

In this paper, we consider the Goursat problem for a loaded hyperbolic equation with the wave operator in the principal part. We prove the uniqueness and existence of solution for the problem under study, and give the solution in the closed form
