Wall pressure fluctuations in turbulent boundary layers play an important role in acoustic measurements carried out in moving media. For conducting experimental research on hydrodynamic flow noise in the Black Sea, a marine simulation system has been created in the Sukhumi water area of the Hydrophysical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of Abkhazia. A new method has been developed to study turbulent wall pressures by analyzing statistical characteristics of turbulent pressure fluctuations in the conditions of the deep sea. This method is based on using floating devices. The principles of their construction make it possible to carry out complex acoustic-hydrodynamic experiments in turbulent boundary layers at high (up to $10^{8}$) Reynolds numbers in standalone environments with no operator and practically no interference of extraneous noises.
