In this work, we demonstrate first results obtained in measurements of spectral characteristics of signals scattered from artificial ionospheric irregularities excited in the Earth's ionosphere by powerful HF waves radiated by the Sura heating facility. The receiving equipment elaborated in Kazan Federal University was used in these measurements.
