Correlated pairs of the narrow-band orthogonally polarized photons at the wavelength $\lambda=650$ nm are generated during spontaneous parametric downconversion of a He-Cd laser radiation in beta barium borate crystal placed in an optical cavity. The second-order correlation function of the biphoton field is investigated both theoretically and experimentally for a single- and double-cavity parametric light oscillator.
